Terms and conditions of stay
PRICES INCLUDE : expenses, hot and cold water , electricity, heating and color TV.
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE: Bed linen bathroom and kitchen.
OPTIONAL SERVICES :
Linen for hire: On request: bed linen and bath towels Euro 15,00 per person per week
Cot (0-3 years) Euro 20,00 per week
Pets: only small pets on request: Euro 50,00 per week
CLEANING TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT:
Studios Euro 40,00 – Bilocali Euro 50,00 – Threerooms and Fourrooms- Euro 60,00
Check in
Key collection and transfer of the deposit must be made within the following times: 16:00 to 19:00 .
After these hours the office closes . In the event of default phone , the handover will take place the following morning.
We ask you to pay the balance and security deposit on arrival.
Check out
The keys must be made by 9:30 am on the agreed day of departure.
DEPOSIT
We ask for a security deposit of € 100.00 per apartment payable on arrival which will be returned on departure after inspection of the room.
CANCELLATIONS
In case of cancellation of the apartment will be given to:
penalty of 50 % of rental – for cancellations from 20 to 7 days before arrival
penalty of 75 % of 7 to 3 days before arrival
penalty of 100 % of 3 to 0 days before arrival
